1. About Awe Glamping

Awe Glamping is a boutique experiential stay located in Hamta, Prini, Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India. We offer unique accommodations including A-frames, domes, glass houses, and themed luxury stays.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking) is received.

• Awe Glamping reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Applicable taxes, service charges, or government levies will be charged as per prevailing laws.

• Payments can be made through approved online or offline payment methods.

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 2 pm

• Check-out time: 12 pm

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Respect the property, nature, staff, and other guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to property or amenities.

• Follow all safety instructions, house rules, and local regulations.

• Be responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay.

Awe Glamping reserves the right to evict guests without refund in case of misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of house rules.

7. Property Rules

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

• Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

• Pets are allowed only if explicitly mentioned at the time of booking.

• Loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted, especially during quiet hours.

8. Safety & Liability

• Guests stay at Awe Glamping at their own risk.

• Awe Glamping shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Guests are advised to take necessary precautions due to terrain, weather conditions, and altitude.

9. Acts Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Awe Glamping shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, weather conditions, government restrictions, or acts of God.

10. Website Usage
