Cancellation Policy

At Awe Glamping, each stay is thoughtfully curated and reserved exclusively for our guests. Due to the nature of our boutique glamping experience and limited inventory, we follow a strict non-refundable policy as outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Bookings

• All bookings made with Awe Glamping are non-refundable.

• Once a booking is confirmed, no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, change of plans, weather conditions, or travel disruptions.

2. Credit Voucher in Place of Refund

• In case of cancellation, guests will receive stay credits equal to the amount paid.

• These credits can be used for a future stay at Awe Glamping.

• Credits will be issued in the form of a voucher or booking reference.

3. Transferability of Credits

• Stay credits are fully transferable.

• Guests may use the credits themselves or transfer them to friends or family members.

• The original booking guest must inform Awe Glamping in advance if the credits are being used by someone else.

4. Validity of Credits

• Stay credits are valid for [One Year] from the date of issue.

• Credits must be redeemed within the validity period; expired credits will not be extended or refunded.

5. Usage Conditions

• Credits are subject to availability at the time of redemption.

• Credits may be used for accommodation charges only unless otherwise specified.

• Any price difference between the original booking and the new booking must be paid by the guest.

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred after redemption.

6. No-Show Policy

• In case of a no-show without prior intimation, the booking amount will be forfeited.

• No additional credits will be issued beyond what is stated in this policy.

8. Policy Acceptance

By making a booking with Awe Glamping, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Credit Policy.
